What does Aura Chat actually do?
Aura Chat queries your fan data, builds release campaigns, and creates Flows in Fanaura. A Flow created in chat is the same Flow you can open and edit in the builder. Aura Advisor answers fan questions and offers release guidance on Artist Basic. Artist Pro includes Aura Manager for multi-channel release marketing.
Can I review the work before it runs?
You can inspect and edit the Flows Aura Chat creates, and approve actions where approval is required. Once you activate a Flow, its triggers, conditions, and timing govern the sequence. Aura Chat does not independently manage a campaign for days without your involvement.
How do native pre-saves work?
Fans verify their signup and request a notification when your release arrives. Fanaura’s native notification pre-save is not an automatic Spotify library save. It gives you an opted-in audience to notify on release day.
Does Fanaura distribute my music or sell my tickets?
Fanaura does not distribute music or sell tickets. Your distributor delivers your music to streaming platforms, and your ticketing provider sells your tickets. Fanaura handles release marketing, fan capture, tour RSVPs, and fan communication around those destinations.
What happens to my existing store and fan data?
Your store keeps its checkout. You can link to merch products and track fan clicks in Fanaura. Your owned fan database brings together contact details, consent, location, and activity. You can export your fans, and Fanaura does not sell or share that data between artists.
When does billing start?
Your subscription is billed when you sign up, and you can cancel anytime. Each plan includes messaging credits. After those credits, additional messages cost $0.0009 per email and $0.009 per SMS.
